My goal with every speech is to write it using words that you would use, so when you deliver it, it sounds like YOU wrote it. I take into account the occasion, the required tone, and the audience, but mostly I take into account how you talk and what you want to say.

While working for the RCMP and the Canadian Coast Guard, I wrote numerous speeches for external and internal events, including graduation ceremonies, change of command ceremonies, announcements, and international conferences. I've also written speeches for federal Ministers and senior bureaucrats to deliver funding announcements, engage with industry groups, and to communicate to staff.
